Cleanroom technology

Cleanrooms are required for special coating processes, for example in the automotive industry. RIPPERT designs state-of-the-art coating systems that meet the highest requirements for coating in cleanrooms according to the EN ISO 14644 standard. When designing the filter stages, we orient ourselves to particle sizes with a diameter of 0.5 µm.

In close cooperation with you, we develop modular systems that minimise faulty coatings due to particle inclusions and the resulting product scrap or rework effort. Fast and efficient cleaning and maintenance are also considered right from the start. Of course, built-in components such as conveying technology, robotics or application technology are also taken into account depending on the application.
